HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a workout normally associated with your local gym — but it doesn’t have to be. You can achieve HIIT results with this home workout minus any expensive and bulky equipment. Muscle and Fitness describes this exercise, “High-intensity interval training involves doing short intervals of intense exercise (usually anywhere from 15 to 60 seconds) interspersed with short intervals of rest or light exercise.”
